Service Price & Quote
We highly recommend all of our guests to get a consultation with one of our stylist. That way we will be able to provide an exact price quote for the desired service. Pricing for chemical an extension services may vary on individual basis. 

We appreciate your time and booking with Overmorrow. It is our responsibility to provide the highest quality service to all of our customers in a timely manner. Your appointments are very important to our team, and it is time that is reserved especially for you. Pease be advised and respond to the 48hr confirmation request, that way we can best accommodate your time. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. In case we are unable to reach you within the morning of your appointment date, your appointment will be cancelled. 

1.You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.

2.If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged 50% of the full price of the scheduled service(s).

3.Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

4.As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.

5.To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

6.Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.

7.Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

Redo policy
We take pride and stand by service excellence at OVERMORROW Salon and Spa.  If you are unsatisfied with a service we would like you to consult and communicate with our management team and together come up with a solution.  Guest redo’s will only be honored at no cost if OVERMORROW is contacted within 7 days of the original service. After 7 days we have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons.

SPA Policies
OVERMORROW Spa requires all new clients to complete 1.Intake Form 2.Service Agreement to ensure the best customized service for every individual.
Please arrive at our front desk 15 minute prior to you appointment for us to better assist you.

Please let your stylist or specialist know how they help your beauty-full experience at OVERMORROW with your gratuity. Our professionals strive to provide service excellence, services that total $300 or more will automatically include the gratuity of 20% for your service provider.

Gift Card
We appreciate your loyalty, so we want to help you make sending gift easier. Gift cards can be purchased at the salon and be used for any service & products. (No expiration date)

Retail Sales, Returns & Exchange
All service and Gift Cards sales are final.
AVEDA Hair & Body products can only be refunded or exchanged if returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchased accompanied by the original receipt.
All AVEDA makeup products are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

Your convenience is very important to us, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, OVERMORROW gift card, or Cash. Payment is expected upon completion of service. We do NOT accept personal check or money order.

The State Board of Barbering & Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service dogs with official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception to this rule.

Making your child care arrangements prior to your appointment ensures that you and our other OVERMORROW guests will enjoy their experience. We do not supervise children, and may have to reschedule your appointment. Sharp Scissors, hot styling tools and heavy equipment make a dangerous place for children, and you deserve our full attention and focus, as well as allow our other guests to relax and enjoy their visit.
